David was excellent to work starting at the first phone conversation. He promptly met me at a listing I wanted to see. He researched the property and was very knowledgeable. He explained everything about working together and what he was going to do as the realtor. He was not pushy and did not try to rush me into purchasing just any house. He took his time and we looked at several properties. David was patient, knowledgeable, and hardworking. Once we did finally find the right house, David worked with me and explained each step. Witch was great considering this was my first house. David was prompt and more than willing to answer all the questions I had. I know I would use David again and would recommend him to anyone.
